guest in mind, but also to stimulate the guest with beautiful furniture and
fabrics. All carefully handpicked to give a cohesive and harmonious look where
the client can be rejuvenated. The contents of the rooms are included in the
sale. 

 The property has a
natural cement splash pool adjoining a deck that looks out on the beautiful
garden, a visitor's lounge with slat doors that open up the space for lovely entertaining. For the guests' comfort there is also a powder room at the
pool. 

The main cottage boasts a welcoming stoep, reception lounge
and office, a conference room, big enough for 18 people, with big flat screen
TV, white board and flip chart. An air conditioner makes this a productive space. Just off the stoep are
his/hers toilets which the coffee shop (on the premises) also uses. The main
cottage only has one bedroom with full bathroom, a pantry, well laid out
kitchen and dining room. The pool lounge and deck is also part of the main
house, All furniture and belongings in the main house are the property of the owners and will be removed, except
for a few items in the conference- and dining rooms which will be stated on an
inventory.  

In the garden, next to the river is a quaint, self catering cottage
of is 48 sqr metre. The contents of this cottage is
also not included in the sale. 

On the premises is a unique, fully equipped coffee shop and
the contents of the shop is negotiable in the sale. A water cooler keeps
clients happy and gives the chef a smile! 

A comfortable size laundry with two Speed Queen commercial
machines and tumble dryer are included in the sale. Also a linen room with extra linen for the rooms, also included in
the sale. 

There is a car port for three vehicles , two closed garages
